This Privacy Policy explains what information Solar Exodus (the "App") collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. It is written to comply with the Solana Mobile dApp Store Publisher Policy's guidelines for user data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
Solar Exodus is designed to collect the minimum information necessary for it to function. The App:
When you start the App, it may prompt you to connect a Solana-compatible wallet through your device's native wallet integration. The App receives only your wallet's public address — never your private keys or seed phrase — and uses it solely to display a shortened confirmation of the connected wallet and to gate entry into gameplay. This address is held in the App's temporary session memory and is not written to disk, not stored in any database, and not transmitted to Developer or any third party. Closing the App clears this information.
The App saves your best tech level reached and best survival time using your device's or browser's local storage (a standard on-device storage mechanism, not a remote server). This data:
The App may use your device's vibration function to provide haptic feedback during gameplay (e.g., on collision). This does not involve the collection of any personal data.
The App does not knowingly collect any "Regulated Data" as that term is used in the Solana Mobile dApp Store Publisher Policy, including health information, financial account credentials, biometric data, precise geolocation, or government identifiers.

We do not use any information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the operation of the App.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your wallet address or gameplay data with any third party. The App does not embed any third-party analytics SDK, advertising SDK, or data broker. Any Solana wallet application you use to connect to the App is a separate, independent service governed by its own privacy policy, over which Developer has no control.
Because the App does not operate a server or maintain user accounts, there is no centrally stored data for Developer to retain or delete on your behalf. All data described in Section 2 lives only on your own device.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at sakhaout2022@proton.me and we will take reasonable steps to address it.
While the App does not transmit personal data off your device, we rely on the security features of your device's operating system and your chosen wallet application to protect any locally held information. You are responsible for keeping your device and wallet application secure.
The App is published from, and this Policy is governed by, the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. If you access the App from outside Bangladesh, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's functionality or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
